Even though it isn't a very large book the content in it is worth it's weight in gold.It has very good antidotes on how to correct your way of thinking towards rejection. If you have read books similar then most of it you will already know from reading various other books, but there are some very insightful stories of examples that show you how people have used and loved rejection to fulfill their dreams.Overall this is a good book on rejection. This book is not good. I went through a phase where I read a couple dozen books looking for inspiration and direction in my life. The only thing this book is good for is to fix an uneven table leg
For the cost the book was excellent. Ordered several of them( 5) for our family book club. The only reason I gave it a 3 instead of a 5 is because I have severe allergies, and books were a little smelly based on the age. But for one penny, come on, you can't beat it.
